We currently do not offer an exchange service. However, you have the option of returning your products.

Once your return reaches our warehouse, your refund will be initiated.

If you want to order a different product, color or size, you can simply reorder.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All items purchased from the Tommy Hilfiger Equestrian Online Store can be returned free of charge within 30 days of receipt.

 

This right of return applies in addition to statutory warranty claims when purchasing defective goods in accordance with §§ 437ff BGB. These statutory warranty claims are in no way restricted by the following statements on the right of return.

How can I make a return?

We recommend that you ship your return via UPS to ensure reliable and quick processing of your return. Place the items you wish to return in the shipping box. Please note that we can only accept returns if they are sent back in perfect condition and with the original labels and polybags. Worn or washed merchandise will not be accepted or refunded.

To create and print a return label you must follow these steps:

1. Visit the UPS website at www.ups.com.
2. enter your tracking number on the website, which can be found either on the box label or in the email shipping confirmation.
3. click on "Track" and then select the "Return this package" option.
4. If an error message appears, click "Skip".
5. fill out the information about your return on the form provided on the website.
6. place the items you want to return in the box together with the completed form and stick the return label on the top of the box in a clearly visible place.
7. drop off the return at a UPS Access Point. For UPS Access Point locations, visit the website at www.ups.com/dropoff.
Track the shipment status of your return using the tracking number on your courier's website. In case of any delays, please contact the courier directly.

Please note that the return transit time may take several days due to delivery times of the courier service provider. We will do our best to refund you quickly and thank you for your patience.

Return policy

Your online order can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt for any reason or notification.

 

Please ensure that you do not send returns from multiple orders in one package so that we can receive your returned items as quickly as possible. Goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received - and with the original tags attached. We do not accept or refund goods that have been worn or washed. If the quality of the items has deteriorated due to such wear and tear, we reserve the right to refuse refunding.

Refund

If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery costs and administrative costs (if applicable), promptly but no later than 30 days after the date on which we receive your received notification of the return of the goods.

We may suspend the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

Once the products you have returned have been inspected and checked at our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you of the refund. The refund will be made to the same card or account used for the original order.

Refunds typically take 8-10 business days to appear on your statement. The length of time before the amount is credited to your credit card depends solely on the terms and conditions of your credit card company. You can always check the status of your refund in your online account or by contacting your card provider.

In order to receive a full refund it is important that we receive the goods in the same condition that you received them (the returned product must be complete, unworn, unwashed and with all original product tags attached).

Damaged delivery

Every order that we ship from our warehouse is carefully checked.
If you receive a damaged package, please contact our customer service.

Before accepting your delivery, please check the box and its contents for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. 

 

It is normal for the box to show some wear, but if the damage is significant then we ask that you do the following:

- For minor damage, please accept the package and note the damage on the delivery note, sign and date it.

    - If the box looks badly damaged, you can refuse your order. In these circumstances, please contact us immediately.

     

    When you contact our customer service team, please have your order number, item number, and tracking number (all of this information is included in your shipping confirmation email), as well as your email address and phone number.
