Please note that orders placed over the weekend or an (official) holiday will be processed on the first subsequent working day. If we are unable to dispatch your goods within this time window, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot make any changes (product, size, color, shipping address).

Damaged delivery

Every order that we ship from our warehouse is carefully checked.
If you receive a damaged package, please contact our customer service.

Before accepting your delivery, please check the box and its contents for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. 


It is normal for the box to show some wear, but if the damage is significant then we ask that you do the following:

- For minor damage, please accept the package and note the damage on the delivery note, sign and date it.

    - If the box looks badly damaged, you can refuse your order. In these circumstances, please contact us immediately.


    When you contact our customer service team, please have your order number, item number, and tracking number (all of this information is included in your shipping confirmation email), as well as your email address and phone number.
