Returns & Refunds
All items purchased from the Tommy Hilfiger Equestrian Online Store can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
This right of return applies in addition to statutory warranty claims when purchasing defective goods in accordance with §§ 437ff BGB. These statutory warranty claims are in no way restricted by the following statements on the right of return.

How can I make a return or an exchange
Returning or exchanging an item is quick and easy using our Returns Portal. Just follow these simple steps:
- Click here to access the portal: Return Portal
- Enter your order number and the email address you used when placing the order.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and choose a return/exchange reason.
- Confirm your return and follow the instructions to download your return label.
- Pack your item(s) securely and drop off your parcel at your selected return point.
Important Notes:
- Items must be new, unused, and in original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.
- Return transit times may vary depending on the courier; please allow several days for delivery.
- You can track your return shipment using the tracking number provided by your courier. For delays, please contact the courier directly.
- We will notify you via email as soon as your return is received and processed.
- We do our best to issue refunds as quickly as possible — thank you for your patience!

Please note: Return timeframes may vary for orders from the UK and other non-EU countries due to customs and shipping conditions.
Return policy
We have a fixed return costs stated as below:
- Germany/ Austria: 5 EUR
- Switzerland: 11 CHF
- Liechtenstein: 11 CHF
- Europe (other countries): 10 EUR
- Sweden: 15 EUR
- Norway: 15 EUR
- Denmark: 10 EUR
- UK: 18 GBP
- All other countries: 15 USD
Please note: No return cost is charged for exchanges.
Please ensure that you do not send returns from multiple orders in one package so that we can receive your returned items as quickly as possible. Goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received - and with the original tags attached. We do not accept or refund goods that have been worn or washed. If the quality of the items has deteriorated due to such wear and tear, we reserve the right to refuse refunding.
Refund
If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery costs and administrative costs (if applicable), promptly but no later than 30 days after the date on which we receive your received notification of the return of the goods.
We may suspend the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
Once the products you have returned have been inspected and checked at our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you of the refund. The refund will be made to the same card or account used for the original order.
Refunds typically take 8-10 business days to appear on your statement. The length of time before the amount is credited to your credit card depends solely on the terms and conditions of your credit card company. You can always check the status of your refund in your online account or by contacting your card provider.
In order to receive a full refund it is important that we receive the goods in the same condition that you received them (the returned product must be complete, unworn, unwashed and with all original product tags attached).
Exchange
NEW: FREE EXCHANGES! All customers can now exchange their products at no cost. We will cover all expenses. Your new item will be shipped as soon as we’ve received the original product.
